Aug 22nd was my wife’s birthday

Aug 22nd was my wife’s birthday. This is when I gave her the rose still wrapped up in its original packaging. Unfortunately the rose had broken off from it’s mounting, probably in transit.. while it still looks good now the rose is laying on it’s side. Can I send it back either to get it repaired or replaced. Thank you Gilbert Desgroseilliers.
