1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@commaprojet.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5~10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
